Paul and I travelled to beachside Geelong on the weekend to help friends celebrate their engagement. Neither of us are as skilled as we once were at handling late nights out, so a little bit of recovery eating and relaxation was required before we made the long trip home.
Given the glorious spring day that it was, there was no question that lunch had to be enjoyed by the water. There happened to be a market on and luckily for me, Paul spotted one of my favourite fare-style treats – baked jacket potatoes.
My potato lived up to expectation!
I love that a big night out gives you the license to eat whatever you want the next day – including ice-cream for lunch 😉
