Fine dining without leaving home

With a husband who cooks amazing meals, some days I feel like the luckiest girl in the world! Tonight’s pleasant surprise was Paul’s version of beef and reef for me – just beef for Paul, as he can’t eat shellfish (very unlucky!). The dish was composed of a celeriac and thyme purée, topped with scallops, fried chorizo rounds and fine slices. These elements complimented an eye fillet of steak that was nested on a round of grilled sweet potato. Here is a picture of Paul’s Sunday evening creation:
