Well, husband has outdone himself in the kitchen tonight! Feeling inspired by his recent pork belly dish at Papa Goose, tonight he prepared a very tasty and crispy pork belly indeed. Accompanying the succulent pork was sweet potato three ways – a spiced purée, sweet potato and apple rosti, and fondant sweet potato. A luxurious ginger beer reduction was drizzled over the meal and a touch of saffron infused yoghurt gave the elements some zing. Oh my golly, it was all so very, very good! Now that I have shared this, I had best go and help clean up in the kitchen!
