Peach tarte tatin – whipped up after Paul and I watched ‘Come dine with me Australia’ tonight and then both craved something sweet. With limited ingredients and about as much inclination to cook a dessert, tarte tatin seemed the best option to me. What an easy dessert to throw together – no recipe required, just staple pantry ingredients – butter, brown sugar, fruit and puff pastry.
